March Night

First appearance on this blog, I’m Marina, the Madonna of MP13, who is a cast and an AD. I completely don’t know why everyone calls me so, which means I’m elder than the others?!

初登場ヘッズメンバー 演出補佐兼キャスト、MP13の姐さんことMarinaです。今年はどういうわけか「姐さん」ポジションにいるようです。なぜだろうね～、老けた？

MPer’s spent so productive time like thick soup of dipping noodle. Day by day, we’ve approached the GRATE STAGE, MP13!!!!! That’s exactly “Time flies.” Well, it’s passed much faster than it’s expected. Somehow, every day can be different from the previous day. I’m sure that MPer’s exactly grown up little by little. Their sparkly talent blossoms as flowers in animated, though we’d never seen before. How marvelous it is.

MPerはつけ麺の汁が如く濃厚な毎日を過ごしています。一日一日とグレートステージに近づいていくMP13!!!!!光陰矢の如し、っつってね。それはもうすごい早さで日々が過ぎていくのです。でも今日は昨日となにかが違う、じわじわと、でも確実にわれらMPerは成長しているのです。昨日までは見られなかった眩しいくらいの個性が今日になると花開いてる、いやぁ、素晴らしい。

We are heading to the “the Grate stage.” I can’t help thinking that I’m falling love with MP!! How beautiful we are, I mean almost 100 young guys are heading to the same goal.

そんなひとりひとりの物語が、「グレートステージ」に集約されていく。私ね、これだからMPやめらんないな！！って思うのです。約100人の若者みんなが同じベクトルに向かう、なんて美しいのさ。

Look around and, because of poor enthusiasm, you’ll see tons of stories which had been over before the end. We are not allowed in MP. 
LOVE&ACCEPT and you’ll be loved and be accepted.

世の中を見て御覧よ、同じベクトルに向かうことが出来ずに壊れてしまう物語がどんだけあるか。MPではそれじゃだめなのよ、愛して、受け入れる。そして愛されて、受け入れられる。“Love & Accept” and “to be loved & to be accepted”

Nobody looks down at and abandon your effort. 

We do help you when you struggle, 

We do look upon you when you conflict with yourselves, 

We do hold you when you are eager to achieve the aim, 

We do present what you need to you.

あなたの努力を嘲ることもないし、見捨てることもしない 

自分の何かを変えたいあなたを助けるし 

自分と戦うあなたを見守っている 

目標に辿り着かんとするあなたを支えるし 

あなたに必要だと思うものを提示してみるよ

You see, it’s like FAMILY, isn't it? But, at the same time, I believe MP is also the place which anyone can grow from the immature to the mature one more time. That’s why one of the MP spirit is JUMP IN, I guess.

なーんてね、まるで温かい家族のようじゃない？ そんな例えを使ってみたけど、MPはきっともう一度子供から大人に成長できる場だと思っているのです。だからこそのMP精神：ジャンプイン なのかもね。

Last year, as one of the Ma&C member. At midnight.

Ups, by the way, at the last cheer, though I went to the center of the circle cause only teenagers could go there, I was refused. Actually I’m gonna be 23 in a year. "Humph!"

そういえば、今日の最後のサークルでチアの合図を出す人の条件がティーンエージャーだったので絶対大丈夫だと思ってためらうことなく混ざったんだけど、はじき出されました。たぶん今年で23になるからだと思います。

March 2nd Rehearsal

This is Roko!

I'm an assistant director of MP13.

Let me talk about 3/2's rehearsal. 
こんにちわ。MP13のアシスタントディレクターのろこです。

今日は3/2のリハーサルについて話します。

This day was special than the other Rehearsal.

We went to watch Monmochi Performance!

Also Monmochi people allowed us to go on a backstage tour.

We could stand on the real stage, take a look at their costumes too.

It was a rare opportunity for us to learn about the real stage.

For some members, it was their first time to watch musicals and to stand on the stage. 
この日は特別な練習日でした！

もんもちのパフォーマンスをメンバーと共に見に行きました。

パフォーマンスだけではなく、今回は特別に舞台、舞台裏、衣装もみせていただきました。

一部のメンバーにとっては本物の舞台に立つ初めての機会でした！

Monmochi's performance was a heartwarming story.

It was great opportunity to spend time with members besides the rehearsal.

もんもちの舞台はとても心温まるお話でした。 メンバーとリハーサル以外の時間を楽しく過ごすことができてとても幸せでした。

After Monmochi, we had rehearsal.

This day we did ping-pong game.

It is really hard to "see" the imaginary ball while we are doing ping-pong.

もんもちをみた後、リハーサルがありました。 >この日はピンポンゲームというのをしました。 目に見えないボールを感じることが本当に難しいゲームです。 このゲームでコミュニケーションの難しさを痛感しました！！

Also, we had tongue twister game.

I was happy that every team cooperated and had fun in the game^^ 
また、早口言葉ゲームをしました。 全てのチームが協力して本気で競いあい楽しんでいるようで嬉しかったです。

In Talk & Listen time, we had a lesson too.

Every day, we learn new things from our director Hisashi.

But not only from the director, sometimes we find "a lesson" while we are learning the scene.
トーク＆リッスンの時間では毎回ディレクターのひさしさんから新しいことを学びます。

時には、シーンの練習をしている時に新しい発見をすることもあります。

Every one's way of "talking" and "listening" is different.

This makes me feel that I cannot help but love doing this kind of activities.
ひとりひとりの話し方、聴き方は異なります。

だから面白いんです!!

Anyway, one of this day's lesson was "Think of the reason!" 

There are always reason behind the lines. 

今日のレッスンの一つは「理由を考える！」でした。

台詞には必ず理由があるのです。ふふふ。

It's been several days past since we've started Joint Rehearsal,
and I am having soooooo much fun,
and I'm so glad that it seems like everyone is having too!
We are learning many new things everyday and
trying different kinds of activities to get to know each other and MP!
Today, let me introduce one of the most important spirit of MP.
That is what we call "Talk and Listen"!!!

さてさて、ジョイントリハーサルが始まって、もう数日が経ちました。
私は毎日がすっっっごく楽しくて仕方ないです！
他の皆もすごくMPをエンジョイしてくれているようで、とても嬉しいです！
毎日新しいことを学び、
いろんなアクティビティを通してみんなと、そしてMPのことを知ることが出来ています！
今日は、そんなMPの大事な精神の一つをご紹介したいと思います！！
その名も、”トーク＆リッスン”！！！

It is introduced by our MP founder, Mr. Richard A. Via.
Basically, all we have to do is just LISTEN others and respond them!
Buuuuuuuut it is not as simply and easy as it sounds.
It is really deep, inspiring and interesting.
Actually, I don't even know if I can explain it fully with words.
Talk and Listen, sometimes there is no way to explain it by words.
I feel there is something goes beyond that.

トーク＆リッスンはMPの創設者、リチャード・Ａ・ヴァイヤさんによって紹介されました。
基本的に、私たちがすることは相手の声に耳を傾けること、そしてそれに反応すること！！
でもでもでもでもでも！そんなに言うほど単純明快ではないんです！
とても深い！刺激的！そして面白い！
正直、私自身どう言葉にしていいのか分かりません！！
トーク＆リッスンは時には言葉で表せないんです。
言葉を超える何かがある気がします。

However, the important thing is that we try every single things that we could possibly think of.
The other day, at the Joint Rehearsal, I saw many members are trying their best to do Talk and Listen,
and it was really amazing to see!
As our director Hisashi always says, "there'll be an interesting chemistry if you really listen to each other."

しかし、私はそれでも考えられる全てのことに全力で挑むことが一番大切だと思います。
先日のジョイント・リハーサルで、私はたくさんのメンバーが一生懸命トーク＆リッスンに挑戦していました。
本当に夢中になっている姿は素晴らしかったです!!
監督であるひさしさんはよく、「本当にお互いの声をよく聞いていれば、面白い化学反応が起こる」と言っています。

Now, I'm pretty sure you are all excited to see our great chemistry!!
Well, more than anybody, I am!!!!
Every moment is a new discovery for me, and I believe it's the same for other members too!

さてさて、みなさんそろそろ私たちの最高の化学反応を見たくなってきたんじゃないですか！？
何を隠そう、誰よりも私が見たいと思ってます！！！！
一瞬一瞬にいつも新しい発見があります。他のメンバーにとってもそれは同じだと思います。
